Nudge has no account or cloud card vault. Most issues can be resolved directly on your phone.

A store reminder did not appear

Confirm notifications, Precise Location, and Always Location access are enabled for Nudge. Open the saved card and verify that the correct store location is active.

Restore Nudge Pro

Open Nudge Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google Account that made the original purchase.

A balance is incorrect

Nudge does not connect to retailer systems. Edit the saved card after spending or checking its balance with the retailer.

Delete cards or all data

Delete an individual card from its detail screen, or use Erase All in Settings. Wallet Mode entries associated with those cards are removed from secure device storage.
